As a Base Coat I use Seche Clear, then I layered two coats of China Glaze Innocence.
I followed with two coats of a Pure Ice glitter in Don't You Wish, which are easily accessible at drugstores and only costs about $2.
I took a small nail art brush and China Glaze White On White and made a large + with an x. On the ends of the large + I added v's to give it more of a snowflake look and less of a star look.
I covered this with one more coat of Pure Ice Don't You Wish.
I finished with Sally Hansen's Advanced Hard As Nails Strengthining Top Coat.
